I use photography as a tool to explore the emotional and historical significance of material objects and their relationship to memory - how the histories of things, shaped by people and communities, reflect our complex relationships with the physical world around us. I am drawn to what the material world preserves and transmits across time. 

With a background in design, my practice is informed by an anthropological perspective and often works across multiple media.
